All our tumblers are designed and printed in our St. Louis, MO facility. We then carefully package your order and ship it straight to you! We are a small team of women who pride ourselves on creating high quality items with quick delivery.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. You will be asked to pay for shipping if we need to re-ship your order.

We do not guarantee delivery dates and cannot control mail delays or lost packages.

Standard shipping orders take approximately 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse. Custom items, group, orders, or large orders may take longer to ship out. If you need your order by a certain date, please be sure to communicate that with us.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Personalized products
- Customized products: including custom designs or custom apparel styles/colors/sizes
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund back to you in the original method of payment.
If this is a gift refund, you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card code will be emailed to you.
