How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically take about one to three business days to be processed and packaged before leaving the warehouse. Custom items and larger or group orders can take longer. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, so contact Go Greek Chic before ordering if you need your hoodie by a specific date.
What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I cannot find it?
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact the shipping carrier directly so they can investigate the delivery. Once an order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for packages that are lost or marked as delivered.
Standard shipping orders take approximately 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse. Custom items, group, orders, or large orders may take longer to ship out. If you need your order by a certain date, please be sure to communicate that with us.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following products are not eligible for return:

- Customized products: including custom designs or custom apparel styles/colors/sizes
- Gift cards

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund back to you in the original method of payment.
If this is a gift refund, you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Please contact us HERE to message us about a gift return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card code will be emailed to you.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
