Standard shipping orders take approximately 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse. Custom items, group, orders, or large orders may take longer to ship out. If you need your order by a certain date, please be sure to communicate that with us.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Late or missing refunds

Gifts
If the item was a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Please contact us HERE to message us about a gift return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card code will be emailed to you.
Shipping
